En ella aparecen los personajes que, a manera de calaveras; poblaban las pulquerías del siglo XIX; músicos, aguadores, vendedores de pájaros, catrinas y chinas desfilan ante nuestros ojos gracias al diestro pincel del artista. El texto, en español e inglés, nos describe la historia de estas pulquerías y ofrece un nutrido repertorio de dichos sobre el elíxir sagrado.
 
This is an original book, a magnificent work of art that opens like a screen. The work recreates the world of the 19th century Pulquerías and is, at the same time, a tribute to Guadalupe Posada. In it appear the characters that, as skulls; they populated the pulquerías of the XIX century; musicians, water carriers, bird sellers, catrinas and chinas parade before our eyes thanks to the skillful brush of the artist. The text, in Spanish and English, describes the history of these pulquerías and offers a large repertoire of slangs about the sacred elixir.
