Esta novela nos presenta a un profesor que lo ha perdido todo, desde su familia hasta su casa; y que en ese camino oscuro, recurre a la escritura como útimo eslabón de esperanza al cual aferrarse para curar heridas y reconciliarse consigo mismo y con los otros.
 
This novel introduces us to a teacher who has lost everything, from his family to his home; and that in that dark path, he resorts to writing as the last link of hope to cling to in order to heal wounds and reconcile with himself and others. This novel was awarded the 2018 National Literature Prize in the novel category in Peru.
