Berta tiene una vida serena junto a sus mascotas en su lindo apartamento, pero un día le preocupa la idea de no tener con quién compartir sus sueños y se pone demasiado triste. El Sr. Edmundo, su vecino de enfrente, quien la admira en silencio desde hace mucho, se da cuenta de que algo no anda bien.
